From a pool of just five shortlisted Med-Tech projects, Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ's Design for Health (D4H) programme boasts two projects in the running for , a testament to its innovative spirit!
Simlevator (a project by Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Design student Maia Heath in collaboration with Physiotherapy colleagues), and Nura (a project by Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Design student Kimon Ennes in collaboration with Physiotherapy colleagues, , , , and ), exemplify our multidisciplinary approach to fostering innovation in education and healthcare.
Project supervisor and Design for Health lead, Dr Gabriella Spinelli, said "Both projects highlight the incredible potential to develop cutting-edge educational propositions at the intersection of Design Engineering and Health. It’s a remarkable achievement that 2 out of 5 med-tech projects recognised at national level are ours, and I am immensely proud of both Maia and Kimon's work."
