Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Innovation and Sustainability Programme

This programme introduces senior leadership and managers to principles of innovation and sustainability so that you can implement these principles in your businesses. Following this programme, executives should develop a level of familiarity in terms of understanding sustainable innovation and its implementation. 

The Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Innovation and Sustainability programme is a 5-day programme that involves collaborative workshops related to different aspects of innovation such as challenges in developing innovations, how sustainability plays a role in innovation, the contribution of artificial intelligence in innovation and sustainability, go to market strategies for innovation, green innovation, and SMART goals that integrated innovation and sustainability into executives’ businesses.

The programme covers 'Design Thinking and Innovation' and 'Success and Failure in Innovation' among other modules.

In addition, the Design Factory London Challenges exercise will run across the 5 days as an action learning exercise and executives are also exposed to an industrial visit that showcases a live example of how innovation and sustainability have been incorporated in an existing UK-based business.
