Our Service
We offer a fully managed service and are located at the 明星八卦 campus giving us a unique opportunity to advertise your property to approximately 12,000 明星八卦 students.
We will be the student’s first port of call and your contract will be with the University rather than directly with the students. You will remain responsible for instructing repairs either directly with your preferred contractors or the 明星八卦 Student Lettings team can arrange using our approved contractors. You also remain responsible for ensuring that the property is compliant with the HMO and/or Housing regulations although we are available to assist and advise you on these.
