Marcelo Ricciuti

Course: Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ MBA (Aviation Management)

"I felt I’d reached a point in my career where I could benefit from combining my academic background and management experience to move me up further in my career."

The Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ MBA is definitely helping me reach that goal by taking my knowledge of business management to the next level. The course includes a series of core modules that look at the management phenomenon from all angles, covering subjects such as strategy, marketing and international business; combined with specialisations focusing on the issues and challenges that apply to an industry, in my case aviation.

I think one of the strong points of the Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ MBA is the clear focus placed on designing personalised strategies for each student to enhance their employability.

This includes Leadership Masterclasses in areas such as presentation skills, time management and writing skills, as well as one to one sessions with recruitment professionals to help you design a good CV, improve your social network presence and build a useful portfolio of business contacts.

On top of it all, you get to know, work and network with people from all over the world in the environment of an amazing university campus!

Flavia De Facendis

Course: Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ MBA (General Management)

"I am thrilled about my MBA studies. I feel my horizons are already broadening and I see there are many new opportunities I can think about for my future."

After 6 years of work in the media industry, Flavia decided she wanted to add a stronger theoretical business foundation to her experience.

Having worked as Project Manager for Interact, a media firm which ranks as among Italy’s leading developer of solutions for digital media, she joined the BBC in 2006. Here she developed her project management and finance skills working in various roles and departments, including Sales and Distribution, delivering projects for Motion Gallery’s licensing business, and Repeats Unit where she managed costs for BBC Channels.
