Apprenticeship levy funds
Brunel University London is proud to work together with the London Progression Collaboration (LPC) through the Reskilling the Recovery campaign, transferring unused Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ apprenticeship levy funds to support London’s SME’s.
These levy funds are being directed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses within priority sectors within the West London Alliance (WLA) boundary to help fund apprenticeship training for existing staff and new starters.
Small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in London have the opportunity to apply for 100% funded Apprenticeship programmes through the LPC campaign. The funding is open to SMEs who are looking to upskill existing staff members or recruit new Apprentices.

Coppermill Care Homes
Coppermill Care Centre provides high quality residential and dementia care within a purpose-built environment from a beautiful location just outside the village of Harefield in Middlesex. Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ apprenticeship levy funding has supported Coppermill Care Homes train five Health and social care apprentices.
“Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ's support to cover the full costs for 5 Care Assistants to upskill by accomplishing an apprenticeship in Health and social care will be a huge boost for Coppermill Care Centre. As Coppermill is a Residential Care Home, specialising in Dementia. The 5 Care Assistants will gain a greater knowledge and understanding in achieving high quality care, with dignity and choice for our Residents to live fulfilled lives here at Coppermill.”

Aram House
Aram House is a small residental home located in Uxbridge, with five beds. Aram House cares for and supports younger and elderly adults, including those with mental health conditions. Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ apprenticeship levy funding has supported Aram House train five Health and social care apprentices.
“We are a small organisation and training budgets are usually small, we want to empower out staff to gain the skills to continue the support that they provide to our residents. The added training will ensure that all staff have the knowledge and skills to carry out their roles in the best possible way for the residents so that they are able to work with a person centred approach giving autonomy to the residents. We pride ourselves in offering the best opportunities to the residents to gain support to improve their future and we aim to provide the same for the staff. Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ will give us the opportunity to do this in the best possible way”.
