A year on from the opening of our the London Transport Museum are hosting a night of art-and-design-filled-fun inspired by the Museum’s world class collection of transport posters.
Explore the Museum’s galleries and exhibitions after-hours, and enjoy craft workshops, gallery tours, and talks, before grabbing a drink from one of our bars.
'In the Frame' sees Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ's Magali Peyrefitte host short workshops that delve into your own experiences of London’s suburbs, how it has evolved and how it is changing right now, using images from the Museum’s collection as inspiration.

Print your own retro poster with designer Samantha Foley from . Take inspiration from London Transport Museum’s collection of printed posters, set the scene with colour and use printing techniques to add texture.
LED art

Explore suburban London through creative writing and historic posters of Metroland. In these short workshops hosted by Dr Magali Peyrefitte from Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ University, delve into your own experiences of London’s suburbs, how it has evolved and how it is changing right now, using images from the Museum’s collection as inspiration.
Dr Magali Peyrefitte has expertise in the social sciences at the crossroad between urban sociology, geography and criminology and in addressing questions regarding home, housing and communities and her recent research projects have focused on the socio-economic and cultural changes that are transforming the suburbs of London.
