Summary
Daniel was awarded the Dean's PhD Studentship to join Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ as a Doctoral Researcher in the College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences in January 2023, after previous roles in the NHS working in phlebotomy and clinical laboratories. Daniel completed his MSc in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University in 2020, and his BA (Hons) in Physical Education and Sports Coaching from the University of Chichester in 2019.
Daniel's doctoral research focuses on sedentary behaviour and cardiovascular disease risk in individuals with a spinal cord injury, with the aim to develop and evaluate an intervention to reduce and break up sedentary behaviour in individuals with paraplegia.
