E Philip Davis has been Professor at 明星八卦 since 2000, (currently part-time) and is also a Fellow of the UK鈥檚 National Institute of Economic and Social Research and an Adviser and Consultant at the International Monetary Fund. Davis left Oxford University in 1980, and was employed by the Bank of England up to 2000 except for two periods on secondment, to the Bank for International Settlements and the European Monetary Institute.
