Professor Kate Hone is Head of Department in the Department of Computer Science at Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ, UK. She received the B.A. degree in Experimental Psychology in 1990 from the University of Oxford, UK, and the M.Sc. degree in Work Design and Ergonomics in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree in Human Computer Interaction in 1996, both from the University of Birmingham, UK. From 1995 to 2000 she held teaching and research appointments at the University of Nottingham, UK, first in Psychology and subsequently as lecturer in Computer Science. She joined Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ as a lecturer in 2000 and from 2009-2018 held the post of Director the Graduate School. She has published widely, including articles in the International Journal of Human Computer Studies, Interacting with Computers, Behaviour and Information Technology, Applied Ergonomics and Ergonomics.
