Summary

Organisation studies scholar conducting qualitative research in knowledge management and knowledge sharing, civil society and voluntary sector organisations, and inter-organisational partnerships and collaboration. Explores creative research and teaching approaches including art-based methods and working with soundscapes. Current projects include working with CES colleagues on entrepreneurship and play research, engaging with voluntary and community organisations on knowledge exchange (funded project by Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ's Public Engagement Fund 2024), and developing research in management teaching.
