Experiences of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) students on degree attainment gap in 明星八卦 Business School

The existence of an awarding gap in degree outcomes between BAME and White students in the UK has attracted attention from stakeholders in higher education. Data for the sector as a whole (2018/19) show that 83.7% of white students undertaking a first degree at a UK higher education institution received a 鈥済ood honour鈥 of a 2.1 or above 鈥 compared to 64.5% of BAME students.
