ICSEF 2018

The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Energy & Resource Use in Food Chains: ICSEF 2018, held in Cyprus in October 2018, brought together scientists & engineers working in the field of Energy and Resource Use in Food Chains to report on the latest thinking, technologies and approaches for energy demand reduction and minimisation of resource use, including water and waste, across all stages of food chains from primary production to consumption and waste management.
