You will be joining a lively student community, in which we provide a friendly and supportive teaching environment in order to help you achieve the results you need for success in your future work or study.
We hope you have a great experience while studying with Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Language Centre, but in case anything should go wrong, we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover your travel and medical needs.
After you apply and provide all required information and documents Admissions have requested, you will receive a conditional offer by email. It is very important that you carefully read your offer letter. If you are happy with it, you MUST:
- Log in to ;
- Accept the offer;
- Pay a £1000 deposit (or upload a financial guarantee letter if you are sponsored) to confirm your place.
If you need to apply for a Student Visa and you meet the criteria, a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) letter will be issued once you confirm your place and get your unconditional offer.

Your registration process starts one month before your course start date. You can start your enrolment if you have already received and accepted your unconditional offer. To enrol you MUST log in to and complete the online Checklist:
- My Personal Information;
- My finance;
- My Passport;
- My Student Entry visa, if applicable;
- My Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), if applicable;
- My Date of Entry to the UK, if applicable;
- My Student Photo.

When should I pay?
To confirm your place, you need to pay your deposit once you accept your conditional offer, but no later than 30 days before your course start date. If you are sponsored, you need instead to upload a copy of your financial guarantee letter to your eVision portal.
Once your place is confirmed and you get your unconditional offer, you need to accept the unconditional offer and complete the online enrolment task (the Checklist) on eVision.
Finance is an essential part of the enrolment Checklist. You should pay your fees (or provide a sponsorship letter) as soon as your offer is unconditional, but no later than 10 days before your course start date, to allow enough time for payment to be processed and approved on your account so that you can complete your enrolment in due course.
How can I pay?
There are 3 payment methods you can use to pay your fees, but we recommend you pay either online or over the phone because bank transfers take longer to reach us. But you MUST always use your student number as reference for all of your payments and communications with us.
- Online: Pay your tuition fees for the current academic year online quoting your student number via or
- Over the phone: by calling our Income Office securely on +44 (0) 1895 265264 between 10am to 1pm (UK Time) Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Card payments taken over the phone will update your student account on the next working day.
- Bank transfer: only in exceptional circumstances if you have not been able to make payments either online or over the phone, you can pay by bank transfer using the University's bank details. Again, you MUST always use your student number as reference so we can trace and recognise your payment.

How do I apply for accommodation?
Once you have received an unconditional offer for a course with Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Language Centre, you are eligible to apply for accommodation on campus.

(Please note that while we try to ensure that all our Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Language Centre students are given a room on campus, we cannot guarantee campus accommodation will be allocated to you).
What types of rooms are available on campus?
With more than 4,500 rooms on campus you will be joining a vibrant and friendly community. From your campus room, you are never more than a few minutes away from the teaching, social and sporting facilities. All the rooms are well equipped (including internet connection) and come with a communal kitchen.

What if I prefer to live off campus?
If you prefer to live off campus, there are a number of options available. There is a wide selection of housing close to Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ that is reasonably priced for the London area. This may suit you particularly if you are planning to bring your family while you study at Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ, (we do not provide family accommodation on-campus) or if you prefer to live together with your friends.

Who is eligible for free airport pickup?
You can book our free airport pickup if all of the following applies to you:
- You are coming to the UK to study an English language course at Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ Language Centre.
- You have booked and paid a deposit for a room to stay in on-campus accommodation.
- You are arriving at Heathrow Airport and need to go directly to your Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ campus accommodation.
If any of the above does not apply, you cannot make a booking. If you do, your booking will be cancelled.
How can I book airport pickup if I am eligible?
Once you book your flight ticket, you can make the airport taxi pickup on our website . Please do this as soon as you book your flight, and no later than 3 working days before arrive in the UK.
What do I do when I arrive at the airport?
First, find baggage collection point. Once you have collected your luggage and been through Immigration control, please contact the taxi office of All Time Cars on +44(0)1895 234 234 to inform them that you have collected your bags and ready to leave the airport. The driver will aim to be with you in 15 minutes.
How do I find my driver?
Once phone All Time Cars, make your way to meet your driver at the meeting point in Arrivals. The driver will meet you there and will be holding a sign with your name on it. Terminal Meeting points are as follows
- Terminal 2: Café Nero by Travelex
- Terminal 3: W H Smith Shop
- Terminal 4: Costa Coffee
- Terminal 5: Costa Coffee
How do I contact the driver if my phone cannot make calls?
Public telephones can be found throughout each Heathrow terminal. Payment can be made using cash or cards. Wheelchair-accessible telephones and text phones for the hard of hearing are also available – ask a member of staff if you need help finding one.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will know about any flight delays. Just make sure you call your driver when you come out of arrivals and a car will be with you in around 15 minutes.
Where will I be dropped off at Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ?
First, the driver should take you to the on campus to collect your keys. Please keep your bags in the car and ask the driver to wait for you. Once you get your keys, ask the driver to take you to your final destination and drop you at your accommodation hall.

Make sure you contact the Accommodation Office (accom-uxb@brunel.ac.uk) before you depart, providing an estimated arrival time, so they know when you will be collecting your keys.
During your application and until you complete your enrolment, you will be using a preliminary 6-digit password to log in to the eVision portal to accept your offer(s), upload documents and manage your applications. This first password is your Date of Birth in DDMMYY format, unless you have changed it after your first log-in.
After you complete your enrolment, you will need to create a new 14-character password that will replace all other passwords and will be the same for all platforms (eVision, Ã÷ÐÇ°ËØÔ email, Brightspace, Connect Portal, etc).
