AACN to Welcome 700 Attendees to the Doctoral Education Conference

AACN to welcome 700 attendees in Naples, FL for the 2018 Doctoral Education Conference taking place on January 18-20.

Don’t miss this opportunity to chart the future of doctoral nursing education programs with fellow deans/directors/chairs, associate deans for research, directors of doctoral programs, and faculty from all over. This year’s conference includes sessions on “Promoting Collaborations for Research & Scholarship to Improve Health and “Partnership and Innovation from Storm to Success.”

The conference also offers several pre-conference options:

Deans and Associate Deans for Research will enjoy an exclusive opportunity to network with colleagues from the nation’s leading schools of nursing while enjoying a dynamic learning experience. Come explore issues germane to PhD education and discover strategies for addressing challenges commonly encountered with the development of a robust research agenda. Presentations will highlight solutions to clinical research problems and funding sources for student and faculty research.

Individuals involved in promoting, administering, and engaging in faculty practice should attend the Faculty Practice Pre-Conference, which is coordinated by AACN’s Practice Leadership Network. Emphasis is being placed on the need for practice savvy educators who can translate current healthcare environment scenarios to the classroom at every level.

Nursing faculty who have leadership roles facilitating research within their nursing programs come together at the RLN Program.
